Natural resources · AI infrastructure · Real estate
Where independent analysis meets capital.
Independent research and arranged capital across natural resources, AI infrastructure, and real estate. We assess viability and project economics across capital-intensive sectors, and arrange the debt funding to move projects forward.
MMCR · Research and capital across three sectors · 2026

Natural Resources & Metals
Metals, rare earths, and the resources behind industry and the energy transition.
AI Infrastructure
Data centres, compute, and the power behind the AI build-out.
Real Estate
Commercial development and income-producing property.

01The firm
Two disciplines, one relationship
Capital-intensive projects rise or fall on the quality of the analysis behind them and the capital available to deliver them. MMCR brings both together across natural resources, AI infrastructure, and real estate: we assess viability with rigour, model the economics honestly, and arrange the debt funding to take a project forward, drawing on a network of lenders and capital providers and on analytical tools the wider market does not have.
Research & Analysis
Research and financial analysis
Independent assessment of capital-intensive projects, from viability and project economics to decision-ready financial analysis, across natural resources, AI infrastructure, and real estate. We work with companies that hold an asset, are pursuing one, or need a clear, defensible view before they commit.
Research & analysisCapital Funding
Arranged capital
Debt funding to develop, build, acquire, or refinance, structured and arranged on your behalf. MMCR introduces projects to its network of lenders and capital providers. We are not the lender: we shape the case, position it, and bring the right capital to the table.
MMCR is not FCA regulated and arranges unregulated commercial finance. We cannot consider regulated finance requirements, including for sole traders or individuals. Capital is at risk.
Capital funding02One discipline
Different sectors, one discipline
A mine, a data centre, and a property scheme look nothing alike. The questions that decide whether they get funded are almost identical. Is the project viable in the conditions that will actually occur. Do the economics hold once the optimistic assumptions are stripped out. Is the demand real, whether that is offtake, a compute contract, or tenants and buyers. Is the funding matched to the stage. Can it be delivered. MMCR brings the same independent analysis and the same route to capital to each of its sectors, because the underlying task does not change.
The same questions
Natural Resources & Metals
Grade, cost, and offtake.
AI Infrastructure
Power, cost, and a demand contract.
Real Estate
Site, cost, and exit or income.
The same short list runs underneath: is it viable, do the economics hold, is the demand real, does the capital fit the stage, and can it be delivered.
03Method
How we read a project
Fundability is not one number. We read a project in layers and judge it on the five questions that decide whether capital will come, whatever the sector.
Can the project actually be built and run, in the conditions that will occur rather than the ones in the pitch.
Factor 01 · decides whether it works
Viability
Can the project actually be built and run, in the conditions that will occur rather than the ones in the pitch.
04Sectors
Three domains, one discipline
Equal billing across the capital-intensive, asset-backed sectors we cover, from our resources heritage to AI infrastructure and real estate.
05Capital
Capital across the lifecycle
The capital that suits early-stage work rarely suits an operating asset. As a project matures, its risk, its cost of capital, and what providers look at all change.
Stage 01
Early stage
Highest uncertainty, costliest capital
Outcomes are unproven. Capital is patient and expensive, and backs the team and the early evidence rather than cash flow, which does not yet exist.
Stage 02
Development
Clearer economics, structured capital
A defined plan and clearer economics exist. Capital can be structured against milestones, and it begins to look hard at delivery.
Stage 03
Construction / build
Execution risk, delivery-focused capital
Delivery is central. Capital focuses on contracts, cost control, and the ability to build on time and on budget.
Stage 04
Operational / income
Cash flow, cheaper and larger capital
Cash flow, offtake or income, and a built asset change the proposition. Funding is larger and cheaper, priced against performance rather than promise.
These stages map differently across a mine, a data centre, and a property scheme, but the principle of matching capital to the stage is constant.
06The edge
Analytical advantage
An analytical edge, not just an opinion
Most sector analysis runs on the same market data and the same models. Ours does not stop there. Alongside standard industry tools, MMCR works with proprietary and exclusively licensed analytical models, including AI-driven tools that are not available to the wider market.
They sharpen how we read viability, project economics, and demand across natural resources, AI infrastructure, and real estate, so the view we give you is grounded in more than consensus.
